Extension of last date for submission of comments on TRAI’s Draft ‘Telecommunication Tariff (Seventy Second Amendment) Order, 2025’ and Draft ‘The Reporting System on Accounting Separation (Amendment) Regulations, 2025’

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued the Draft ‘Telecommunication Tariff (Seventy Second Amendment) Order, 2025’ and the Draft ‘The Reporting System on Accounting Separation (Amendment) Regulations, 2025’ on 16^th October, 2025 for seeking the comments from stakeholders till 31^st October, 2025.

Keeping in view the requests received from industry association and stakeholders for an extension of time for submission of comments on the draft amendments, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments up to 7^th November, 2025.
