10th November 2025 – Eicher Trucks and Buses, a business unit of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), today announced the launch of the Eicher Pro X Diesel, expanding its next-generation offering in the 2–3.5 ton Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) segment. Following the successful launch of the Eicher Pro X EV at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year, the introduction of the diesel variant combines Eicher’s industry-leading expertise in fuel efficiency and application excellence for customers and regions who require diesel powered solutions.
With over four decades of leadership in the commercial vehicle industry, Eicher Trucks and Buses is committed to transforming last-mile logistics with the all-new Eicher Pro X Diesel. Co-developed with customers and built as an ‘Expert’ solution, the new diesel range is set to serve small businesses, fleet operators and first-time buyers with best-in-class performance, superior uptime and easy ownership.
The Eicher Pro X comes with a purpose built “all new” E449- the X-Factor diesel engine that delivers best in class fuel efficiency and power, enabling superior drivability and performance across terrains. Equipped with segment’s largest cargo deck (10 feet 8 inches) and longest service interval of 30,000 km, the Eicher new range delivers unmatched uptime. Together, these features will allow customers to carry more goods per trip, reduce operating costs, and grow profitability.
