Hyderabad, India, 1 November 2026: The 16th edition of the NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2026 concluded today at HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, bringing together developers, financial institutions, allied industry stakeholders, and homebuyers over a three-day exhibition that showcased a diverse range of real estate offerings. The valedictory ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Shri Gangapuram Kishan Reddy, Union Minister of Coal, Union Minister of Mines, Member of Parliament, Government of India, along with other dignitaries.
The exhibition witnessed participation from 75 developers/builders, 5 financial institutions, and 10 allied industry participants, offering visitors an opportunity to explore apartments, villas, plotted developments, and commercial properties across a range of locations and budgets. Over the course of three days, the Property Show displayed over 500 projects for homebuyers and investors alike.
The Property Show also offered valuable insights into evolving buyer preferences and market trends, with developers and industry stakeholders witnessing interest across multiple property segments. The interactions and enquiries recorded during the event reflected the diverse requirements of today’s homebuyers and investors, while highlighting the continued importance of direct engagement between consumers and the industry.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest Shri Gangapuram Kishan Reddy, Union Minister of Coal and Mines, said, “Today, in the global real estate transparency index 2026, India ranked in the top 30. We are also the most improved market in the Asia Pacific region. Investors are showing growing confidence in India; real estate is already contributing 7% of India’s GDP and is projected to reach 13% GDP in 2030. But a good home should be within the reach of every family. I urge all stakeholders to not see real estate as a business of land, building, and transactions but as a business of people and aspirations.”
Reflecting on the exhibition, Mr. Sreedhar Reddy Koppula, President, NAREDCO Telangana, said, “The real estate industry is the most wealth-generating in the country. However, the prices of materials have gone up and developers face the brunt of this hike. 18% of GST is still levied on commercial and rental properties. We urge the Ministry to relieve the industry of these charges to realise our 2047 vision. While the Government has taken steps to aid construction in the form of RERA extensions and target guarantees, they are not enough. We request the Government to revise these orders so that developers have enough time to build and projects aren’t interrupted midway. Small adjustments can help us ensure the real estate industry continues to grow and add wealth to the nation.”
As the 16th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show concludes, the exhibition offers valuable insights into evolving consumer preferences, market sentiment, and emerging opportunities across segments. The strong engagement witnessed throughout the event reinforces the importance of collaboration, engagement, and informed decision-making in shaping the future of Telangana’s real estate landscape.
