Senior Officials Review Weeding Out Activities under Special Campaign 5.0 in the Ministry of Law and Justice

Best practice under the ongoing Special Campaign 5.0 for Swachhata, efficient record management, and reducing pendency, Dr. Rajiv Mani, Secretary, Dr. Manoj Kumar, Additional Secretary, Shri R.K Pattanayak, Additional Secretary and Nodal Officer, Dr. K.V Kumar, Additional Secretary visited the Department’s Record Room on 29th October, 2025 to review the weeding out activities of old files/records.
During the visit, Dr. Rajiv Mani, Secretary closely observed the weeding out process and personally demonstrated the proper use of the shredding machine to ensure that the procedures were carried out efficiently and securely. His involvement symbolized active leadership and commitment to transparency, and served as an encouragement to the staff carrying out this important task.
Dr. Rajiv Mani, Secretary appreciated the efforts of all staff members participating in the campaign and emphasized their role in amplifying the message of transparency, efficiency, and good governance.
